Superduper Chia seeds
Are you guys stuck in the same old breakfast habits? Coffee and sandwich, is probably the most common thing in Sweden? Yoghurt and müsli? I am definatly more creative now days. Today I had Mango / cardamum chia pudding. Chia seeds are one of the most healthy there is! So please, get to know theese tiny dinosaureggs well… They will always love you -this much:
• 8 times more omega 3 than salmon
• 2 times more protein than the avarage seed
• 5 times mor calcium than milk. Haha- all you milk lovers
+ its easier for the skeleton to absorb this calcium than the one from milk.
• 3 times more iron than spinach
• 3 times stronger antioxidant than blueberry
This is a very tiny tiny little dot and not at all so braggy that you could asume with this resume. I usually mix them in liquid just to get all the goodness out of them and in to me, moahaha!
Mango & Cardamum Chia pudding 1 serving
1,5- 2 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup coconut milk (or favourite choice)
1/2 mango
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 pinch Cardamum
Some sea salt
Mix it all. Leave it for a while, or as long as you can
. The chia seeds creates this pudding texture, the longer you leave them the firmer it gets.
